As you probably know Rev Robbie Riddell is retiring this year. His last weekend in the circuit will be on 2nd and 3rd of July. As is traditional when a minister moves on, we would like to give Robbie a gift to remember us by. If you would like to contribute, please put Your  gift of money in a marked envelope and give it to one of the stewards. It would be great if as many people as possible could join us for Robbie's farewell service at Lewisham on Sunday 3rd July at 4pm to be followed by a tea in the hall.

 

Mrs Jean Wallis. We are sorry to hear of the death a short while ago of Mrs Jean Wallis, who served as a Guide leader at Sunfields Church for many years. We extend our sympathy to her family at this sad time.

 

Mrs Pat Harper. We are also sad to have to announce the death, on June 1st 2011, of Mrs Pat Harper, who attended Sunfields Church for a number of years. Further details regarding funeral arrangements are on the church board.

CHANGE TO PLAN

The evening Service on Sunday 26th June 2011 currently on the plan as being held at BURNT ASH will now be held at HITHER GREEN for Delia Catamakloe's Service of recognition and admission as a Local Preacher.

 

Sunday School

Could anyone assist (on rota) by coming about every 4-6 weeks with us? If so please see Jane who will be vey greatful.

THERE IS NOW A 'PRAYER REQUEST ' BOOK IN THE FOYER ENTRANCE. IF ANYONE FEELS THEY WOULD LIKE PRAYERS FOR ANYONE TO BE INCLUDED IN THE INTERCESSIONS DURING THE CHURCH SERVICE PLEASE ENTER THE NAME AND REASON FOR THE PRAYER IN THE BOOK. STEWARDS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO ADVISE AND HELP.

THURSDAY DROP-IN 10.00am - 1.00pm in the Church Lounge.  We support Fair Trade and offer coffee, tea and biscuits in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Please come and join us - all are welcome

Joy Rawling is asking for people to join a rota for serving tea and coffee after Sunday morning services.

BIBLE STUDY each week Tuesday 2pm at Bramshot Avenue and Thursday 815 pm at Bramshot Avenue.

THE OPEN DOOR.  Wednesday 10.00 – 11.00am.  We meet in the Church Lounge for a drink and a chat, followed by a short meditative act of worship.  Please join us if you are free.
