
Sunfields Methodist Church is a brand new church venue, as well as the main church auditorium there are two other spaces that can be hired for a variety of purposes. The main auditorium is primarily used for worship, but can also be used as a conference and meeting space and can be hired in conjunction with the hall and meeting room.
Hire of a multi-purpose church area, with it’s PA/AV equipment is available for public events, it’s hire is subject to approval.
The venue is equipped with BT wireless broadband, providing high-speed internet access. The church area, hall and training/meeting room have an integrated professional sound system, with radio microphones. The church area has full audio visual facilities including three overhead projectors allowing the space to be used in two seating configurations. All areas, except the balcony are accessible.
ADDITIONAL FACILITIES
Refreshments, flip chart stand, sound recording, paper and pens, a lap top and projector can all be booked at additional cost. Please see the price list on our website.
QUIET SPACE
Access to quiet space in the church can be arranged for prayer or meditation, subject to staff availability.
CATERING FACILITIES
We provide self contained, self-catering facilities for you to make tea and coffee, along with plates, cups, glasses etc as needed. There is a Fully equipped commercial kitchen, equipped with 120 place settings (cutlery, plates, cups, saucers), gas cookers, fridge, dishwasher and food warmers, which your professional caterers can make full use of. We are happy to provide information about external catering if you require.
A small self-catering kitchen area is provided in the small training/meeting room, equipped with a kettle and sink. We provide the materials for you to make your own tea and coffee, We ask that you do your own washing up.

FACILITIES
There is a fully equipped commercial kitchen, available for professional caterers.
We offer bookings from 9am - 10pm Monday - Saturday. Half and full day (morning and afternoon) sessions are calculated per four hours between 9am - 5pm. Evening sessions run between 5pm - 9pm, with an additional late hour fee payable from 9pm - 10pm.
